There are are least two ways to reach Marina Barrage by public transport.

• To reach it at its doorstep, one can take bus 400, after exiting Tanjong Pagar MRT station exit C. 
• On the other hand, we can take a walk from the Bayfront MRT through the Garden By the Bay, along the river side.
